Green Tomato Chutney
We all have a glut of green tomatoes at the end of the growing season. Our recipe below is quick, easy and simple and a great way of using up your left over toms and enjoying them all year.

Ingredients
1kg Tomatoes
500g Red Onions
4 Garlic Cloves
3 Red Chilli’s
350g Light brown sugar
150ml Red wine vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds

Method
Tip all the ingredients into a large heavy-based pan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
Simmer for 1 hr, then bring to a gentle boil so that the mixture turns jammy and shiny. Place into sterilised jars and allow to cool before covering
